Where is everyone on their shawls?

I have made negative progress. I was working on a Faroese Shawl from Heartstrings Fiber Arts, but I was not doing well with it, so I went in search of a simpler pattern, and picked up the Field of Flowers pattern this weekend, which looks *much* easier. I hope to start it this weekend, and will hopefully have a photo of some progress to show then!

That field of flowers pattern is very pretty.

I set aside my Cozy and have made great progress on a Clapotis instead:

My hives where gone for a few days but have popped back up a bit recently. I knit a bit with a wool blend at Stitches (2 weeks ago), and I think the hives started up again after that. Boo hoo. I do plan to pick my cozy after I'm done with my Clapotis and see if it brings on hives again, or more hives.

I am swatching with the cashmere. It seems ok to knit, and I found a lace for the body, but I need something for the leading and ending edges. I'm also 5/6 done with Clapotis in Tagliatelli - it's heavy and big, I hope not too big. The colors are incredible.

Your field of flowers is so pretty! What yarn will you use?

My Irish Diamond shawl is still in the thinks, not started yet, but the one handspun shawl is finished and the other is stalled because the yarns I spun are so different and I need a lot of contemplatino on hos to make it work.
